National Elite has implemented this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and security. At National Elite (“NE” or “we” or “us” or “our”), we understand how important privacy is to our members and other visitors to our website. We appreciate your use of our website (, mobile site and other properties and/or our related services (collectively referred to as the “Services”). As is true of most websites, we may gather certain broad information about your use of and interaction with the Services including the number of unique visitors, the frequency with which they visit, and the pages they prefer. We look at the data in summary form, rather than on an individual basis. We may gather this information to review how many people utilize the Services, which pages are the most and least viewed, and which third-party websites are referring visitors to our sites. We use this information to help us in restructuring the Services to meet our members’ and visitors’ needs. THE NE SERVICES DO NOT RESPOND TO “DO NOT TRACK” SIGNALS.

The Services are intended for general audiences and do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age. We are committed to complying fully with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. Of course, NE also encourages parents to discuss privacy issues with their children.

Like many websites, the Services utilize a standard technology called a “cookie” to collect information about how the Services are used. Cookies are small strings of text stored on your computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other device’s hard drive that you use to access the Services via a Web server.

If you would like to opt-out of cookie collection, you can disable and or block third-party cookies in the settings section of your internet browser.
